Pinot Gris is as site expressive as brother noir. Taste the effect of terroir, from Pinot Grigio with the scent of sweet sea air to the powerful golden Pinot Gris languidly ripening like forgotten peaches in the folds of Red Hill.
Skin Contact
We began our Skin Contact journey in the vineyard by planting the revered varieties of this rustic technique. Time in anfora unlocks the spice and mystery locked in the cells of the skins. Wine that exploits every influence; the secret of the ancients.

Our Indian Summers of wet mornings and cool blue afternoons extend to May. A magical time for the rare ideal sites to savour the last of the season.
Wine Club
Monthly, quarterly and biannual subscriptions with 3, 6 or 12 wines. Wines are selected seasonally, or work with our winemakers to curate your own.
