SHIPPING

All orders are processed next business day.

We will deliver your goods after we have processed your payment.

All consignees will have to provide valid ID to obtain goods.

Delivery to Australian capital cities and surrounding suburbs is subject to Australia Post or FastWay Couriers delivery schedule at the time shipment. 

Delivery within 5 -10 business days is expected.

REFUNDS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the winery unless you have been advised to do so.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
