Hand Harvested 16th & 27th March. Indigenous yeast. 28 days on skins, 12 months in French Hogshead, 1/4 New. Bottled 29th May 2025 Unfined, Unfiltered.

The fruit and the wood integration is just about – in Australia – as good as it gets. Probably the best Musk Creek Pinot Noir so far. Like wood on the earth, like fungi, not rotten wood it is different, just gently decomposing. Sous Bois – the smell of the earth beneath the forest floor. 

And as for the moderate acidity, it adds to the generosity, very sweet ripe tannin, beautiful wood integration. It’s complete. Deep Autumn – very happy
