Quealy’s wine making methods are inspired from Northern Italy where Kevin travelled in his early winemaking days inspiration coming from skin contact varietals and pinot grigio’s from Friuli. We continue to champion these wines, growing and producing organic rare small batch Italian varietals from our home vineyard in Balnarring.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a four-course menu matched with a selection of premium wines, while hearing directly from Andrea from the Cantina of Spada and Kevin & Kathleen of Quealy about their vineyards, philosophies, and the stories behind each bottle.
