Winter is the season to forage for truffles at Red Hill. These aromatic beauties grow beneath the soil and require great skill to nurture and forage. Established by Jenny McAuley in 2005 on a family property dating back generations, Red Hill Truffles is a working, sustainable farm.

Quealy’s single site Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris are especially suited to this fireside luxurious truffle infused menu.

The Cambium is an exclusive retreat offering private dining, accommodation and more. The Cambium is nestled within 28 hectares of National Trust bush.
