An invitation for our Canberrans + hinterland to our wine dinner at COMPA, Canberra, ACT Thursday April 16th. COMPA cuisine is Italian Trattoria, passionately local and always seasonal. This dinner will showcase our finest single site pinot noir, pinot gris, chardonnay, organic, heritage Seventeen Rows Pinot Noir and Feris Maris Pinot Grigio.
The menu features highlights such as arancini 4 formaggi, scallops with anchovy butter, duck lasagna and Angus striploin, finishing with Basque cheesecake and a late harvest Pinot Gris.
This intimate dinner offers a relaxed and social experience in true COMPA style — bringing together great wine, generous Italian cooking and the opportunity to discover the stories behind the wines.
