Its a variety that suits a cool maritime climate such as ours.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eRibolla Giallo bunches are moderate in size, say 100 to 120 grams. Even so we only allow one bunch per shoot to ripen. After bunch closure in December, we remove excess bunches. It's a variety that in many ways has a similar personality and for us deem as aristocratic as Riesling. The variety is not as aromatic as Riesling but is indeed deeply perfumed.
